Since February 14th 2006, thanks to an agreement signed by the Prefecture and the Municipal Administration, the Sportello Unico per l'Immigrazione (Sole Office for Immigration) and the Centro Servizi Immigrati (Centre for Immigration Service) have begun to collaborate in order to simplify the requests for the reuninting of families.

The Centre for Immigration Services  helps the immigrant in the compilation of requests and in the preparation of documents, checking that they are correct and complete.

The requests for reunion will be accompanied by a presentation letter to be shown at the Sportello Unico per l'Immigrazione.

The Centre for Immigration Services will make itself responsible for informing the Prefecture about particular immigrant needs, if necessary.
