The Housing Service is a temporary answer to the need for a home for people and families "without a home" as a result of eviction or order to vacate, in a state of poverty or serious marginalization and therefore and with an insufficient income to support lodging costs in the free market.

The services consist of economic aid which allows temporary accommodation in hotels, in flats or in cohabitation.
Ways of getting the service
The request is directly presented by the interested person to the Distretti Sociali (Social Districts).

Requirements
Italians and foreigners resident in Ancona subject to: executive measure eviction (not ordered for contractual default) order to vacate issued by the Mayor.

Costs
This temporary service, is free of charge for people or families without an income or with an income below the vital minimum. The expense is partially charged to the petitioner if the income does not go over the foreseen amount according to the table B deliberation C.C. no.44 of 8.5.2000.

Time required
 Immediately, in case of urgency measure (executive eviction by the public force).

Documents to be presented
- Income of relatives regarding food
- Sentence of eviction or empty
- Rent receipt or host family declaration or invoice issued by the hotel.

Such documentation can be presented in its original form or in authenticated copy or by auto-certification.
