This service is for immigrant citizens, stateless persons and their families.

The information window at the Office at Viale della Vittoria, 39 gives information and advice about procedures for:
• the entrance and stay in Italy;
• work;
• health and assistance;
• the Italian educational system;
• access to services provided by the Municipal Administration or by others bodies or associations relative to:
- Welcoming, orientation and guidance for community services
- Professional training

The following services are also offered with the information service:
• Assistance with forms and procedures for residence permit (permesso di soggiorno) matters for resident immigrants who can visit, having made an appointment, the Office for Immigration Services; 
• Weekly news about job offers and weekly news about house rental offers (available at the Office);
• Migratory phenomenon documentation- by appointment, for students and researchers;
• Management of relations with immigrant and voluntary associations and with bodies and institutions which work in the sector;
• Collaboration with the Municipality Administration Office regarding Immigration;
• Promotion and realization of initiatives for the social integration of immigrants with their host community;
• Availability of premises for meetings in order to promote immigrant associations.

Residence in the Municipality of Ancona (also available to foreign nationals on short stays)
